If you just want a cheap and cheerful album, it's possible to create an album online or at a photo printing shop, but be prepared to spend a few hours sorting pictures or putting together the design.

At the moment the higher quality albums tend to be reserved for people in the trade, album designers and photographers, so unless you intend to do a lot of albums you won't be able to source these albums.
